SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
We deliver everywhere in Canada and we offer pick up in store as well. After payment, allow between 2 to 7 working days to receive the package. We will accept the exchange of product(s) within ten (7) days of receiving your order under the circumstances that product(s) are unopened, unused, and have not been tampered with in any such way or form.
Please make sure to inspect your package immediately upon delivery. No refund, exchange only. We do, however, offer in-store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges past the 7-days reception policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for any and all shipping fees related to their return and/or exchange. CANCELLATION POLICY
We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable therefore we greatly appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so, may result in future NON REFUNDABLE deposits to reserve appointments.
In order to secure your appointment, either for a treatment or a course we require 25% to 50% deposit (depends on the treatment/course) to be paid at the time of booking.
When you book an appointment/Course with us , we set that time, technicienne and teacher aside just for you. If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up at all, it inconveniences the many other clients/students that have been turned away because we were fully booked. We require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
- If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment time.
- If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
- If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee and you may not make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.
